By completing this booking or order, you agree that TOP Rugby (Top Rugby Limited, company number 16425359) will collect and store the information provided, including player name, size, contact details, medical history and current rugby club, in order to process and fulfil your booking.
How we use your information:
- To process your order or booking and confirm sizing, delivery or collection details
- To contact you about your order or booking if there are any issues (stock, sizing, scheduling)
- To keep your child safe during sessions, using the medical history provided, which is shared with the coaches running their sessions
- To understand player background via current club information
- Shirt and sweatshirt orders are fulfilled through Adidas, our kit supplier, so your order details (name and size) are shared with them to produce and deliver your kit
Your information is held on ClassForKids, our booking platform, and gym programme members' names are added to TeamBuildr, our training app. Beyond these providers we do not share your information with anyone else, and we never use it for marketing unless you have separately opted in. Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for your booking and our legal record-keeping duties, including safeguarding records which we must retain for longer, after which it is deleted.
